Men Helping Men is a group for men who are or fear they may become abusive to their partner or children. The abuse can be emotional such as name calling, put-downs, controlling, or physical like slapping, shoving, and restraining.
The goal of Men Helping Men is to help you understand why your actions hurt the person you abuse. The focus is on you and how you can change your behavior to create more healthy relationships.
If you answer “yes” to even one of the following questions, let us talk and see what Men Helping Men can do for you.

- How personal beliefs about power and control can lead to abuse.
- How to be responsible for your own actions.
- How to handle anger and conflict without being abusive.
