Victim Services Helpline Advocate


Responsible for answering helpline phone calls and providing advocacy, information, and resources to victims of domestic abuse, sexual assault, and other crimes as well as all other callers. Will be knowledgeable of program services and options for victims of crimes. Other responsibilities include data entry, filing, handling mail, proper handling of records, and light clerical duties, including office cleaning.

The successful candidate will be a graduate from an accredited college/university or a high school graduate with one (1) or more years’ experience working with victims of crimes and/or providing trauma-informed care.
Starting wage of $10 per hour. Benefits include health insurance, 401K/Life; paid vacation; sick leave and holidays.
