Family Services Incorporated (FSI) tailors services to suit each person’s need, capabilities, and interests.

FSI strives to enhance people’s lives through personal experiences in community integrated activities in order to lead a more successful and fulfilling life. Some of this enhancement is thought of in terms of self-worth, well-being, pride, civic duties, and other principles of self-determination in conjunction with person centered thinking.

In this publication you will meet David, Harriet, Kim, Donnie, and Dorrie. They work, volunteer, and care about others. These men and women practice their faith, develop and nurture relationships with friends, along with family while contributing to their community in meaningful ways. One of our participants has a flair for writing and has recently started a monthly in-house publication, A Daily Plant, the official newsletter of the Alternative Day Program.

What started in 1976 as a foster home for mentally retarded children, has evolved into the Intellectual Disabilities Program serving all people in need of Residential Support, Respite Care, Life Sharing opportunities, Day Program Services, and Community Habilitation.
